Shipping policy

Pre Orders

Payments made through the website take 1-2 business days to process. Your order is not placed until AFTER this time. If you would like to skip this processing period select OFFLINE PAYMENTS at checkout.

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed. 

Orders will take about 3-7 business days to be shipped. 

Place orders well in ADVANCE if you are ordering for an occasion! (at least 2 weeks beforehand)

Once we have shipped your order we are no longer responsible if it gets lost or damaged. So, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address when checking out! Additionally, any damages to your package during the shipping process are completely out of our control. If you happen to have any damages or issues with your order, once you receive it, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can see what we can do to make it right. We will always do our best to accommodate if there are any mistakes on our end.

On Hand 

On hand orders will be processed the same day.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be shipped.

All local On Hand orders will be available for Pickup immediately. All orders placed before 4pm are available for Same Day Pick Up.
